Sewing Machine Method The sewing machine method. Use a backing sheet, and a large sewing machine needle.
Plain shears Print and cut the stamps along the gutter.
Hand Perfing Tool Hand punch each hole using a hammer.

Fiskars Rotary blades Get them online at Cuts a straight sliced line.
Printed dots Decorative perforator line.	Place light gray dotted lines in the gutters of the stamps to be printed
