The Children's Year. Adapted from the French of Y. Lacôte. Illustrated by Feodor Rojankovsky (as Rojan). New York and London: Harper & Brothers, 1937.

This image is the cover of the French version published in 1936 By Flammarion,

Illustrations by ROJAN * Even with the discoloration of the cover from age, the insides are bright and clean, The illustrationas are some my favorites of ROJAN. I purchased this online from a bookseller in France. It was $65. More than I usually spend on my collection. But I think as it is the very first work MWB had published, it is a must have.

There are 12 panels, each representing a month of the year.
